All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and either cancel that item from your order or discuss alternative options.

2.3 Hygiene Considerations

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (unless faulty) or used beach accessories. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

3. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your items and send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, though this will not affect orders already accepted.

You may initiate returns within 15 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Returns must be approved by our team before sending back.

3. Package items securely with original tags and Return Authorization Number visible
