We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
    • Swimwear (unless faulty)
    • Used beach accessories

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team (all moms who understand your needs!) will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely package your item(s) with the original tags attached and include your RAN clearly visible on the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Refund or Exchange

Once received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your:

  • Refund: To your original payment method (see timeline below)
  • Exchange: New item shipped within 1-2 business days

  • Size Exchange: For the same item in a different size
  • Style Exchange: For a different item of equal value (subject to availability)
