Returns Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear (unless faulty)
  • Beach accessories that have been used
  • Items without original tags

Easy Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely package your item(s) with the original tags attached and include your RAN clearly visible on the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Refund or Exchange

Once received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your:

  • Refund: Original payment method (5-10 business days to appear)
  • Exchange: New item shipped within 1-2 business days

Exchange Policy

We happily exchange items for size or style within 15 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Exchange Options

  1. Size Exchange: For the same item in a different size
  2. Style Exchange: For a different item of equal value
